UK: 'Get out of Bahrain, now'

BRITAIN has advised its citizens not to travel to Bahrain and urged those who are there to leave as soon as they can.
"We advise against all travel to Bahrain until further notice," the Foreign Office said on its website. "As of the morning of 16 March, our advice to British nationals remains to stay at home until further notice ... we recommend that those without a pressing reason to remain should be ready to leave at short notice."
Bahrain's king has declared martial law and riot police cleared out a Shi'ite protest camp from the centre of the capital Manama.
